Ingredients:
· Olive Oil (1tbsp)
· Minced lamb (500g/1lb)
· 1 medium sized onion, diced
· 2 medium sized carrots, diced
· Dried rosemary (1tsp)
· Onion gravy granules (2tbsp)
· Worcestershire sauce (2tbsp)
· Frozen peas (100g/3oz)
· 2 frozen garlic baguettes
1) Preheat oven to 200˚C/180˚C fan/gas mark 6
2) Fry the lamb mince with the onion, carrots and rosemary in a large saucepan for five minutes
3) Add the gravy granules, Worcestershire sauce and peas with 100ml/4floz boiling water
4) Cover and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally
5) Transfer to an overproof serving dish
6) Slice the garlic bread and arrange over the top of the lamb mixture
7) Drizzle the bread with the oil
8) Bake in the oven for 15 minutes until golden
This is an excellent soft recipe for people who are having trouble swallowing - the garlic bread can obviously be optional.
